Is the meike 35mm f 2 stm worth buying used?

The lens itself is a sound choice: a 35mm f/2 with autofocus, for Sony E, Nikon Z or L-Mount. On full frame it gives a standard 35mm view. On APS-C it frames like a 52mm, which is a nice portrait-leaning field of view. It has no stabilisation, so it's best in good light or with a fast shutter speed.

Buying used makes good sense here. Lenses hold up well, and the used market is one of the best ways to afford good gear. I can't tell you what it sells for now, so check current used listings against the new price before you decide. Check the glass and the focus ring for wear, and make sure the mount matches your camera.

For more on buying second-hand, see Buying used. The full lens details are on the Meike 35mm f/2 STM page.
