Is the meike 25mm f 1 7 air weather sealed?

I can't confirm that. The Meike 25mm f/1.7 Air page lists its mounts, focal length, aperture, stabilisation and autofocus, but it doesn't mention weather sealing either way. I'd rather not guess.
