Is the leica summilux m 21mm f 1 4 asph sharp wide open?

I don't have a sharpness rating for the 21mm f/1.4 ASPH, so I can't tell you how it performs wide open. The lens page covers what it is: a manual-focus Leica prime for full frame M cameras. It's wider than the rangefinder frame lines, so you'll need an external finder, live view or an EVF to compose with it.

For a sense of what wide open does, the Lenses guide explains how f/1.4 affects light and background blur. I've also written up two other Summilux-M lenses with different wide-open looks: the 50mm f/1.4 is softer wide open than its ASPH version, and the 35mm f/1.4 is soft and glowing at f/1.4. Those notes don't describe the 21mm, so take them as context only.
