Is the laowa 15mm f 4 wide angle macro hard to focus manually?

The Laowa 15mm f/4 Wide Angle Macro is manual focus only. It has no autofocus, so you turn the focus ring yourself on every shot. My site doesn't go into how hard that is in practice, so I can't say whether it will feel easy or fiddly for you.

If you're new to manual focus, expect a learning curve, especially at its 1:1 macro setting, where the focus zone is very small. Practise on a still subject first, and use your camera's focus-peaking or magnification aids if it has them.
