You asked
Is the laowa 10mm f 2 8 zero d ff worth it?
Yes, if you want a true wide view on full frame and you shoot Sony E or Nikon Z. This is Laowa's first autofocus lens, so on those mounts you get autofocus at 10mm. On Canon RF and L-Mount it's manual focus only, so think hard before buying it for those systems.
It isn't stabilised, so you'll be relying on shutter speed in low light. The f/2.8 maximum is respectable for a wide lens but not fast. On APS-C it frames like 15mm on full frame (16mm on Canon RF), which is still a useful wide view.
Good full-frame bodies to pair it with include the Sony a7 III, the Sony a7 IV, and the Nikon Z6 II. If you're still deciding whether full frame is worth the cost, read Is full frame worth it?.
