Is the fujifilm xf 18mm f 2 r good for video?
It's a reasonable video lens, with one caveat. The XF 18mm f/2 R is small and light, and it autofocuses. On an APS-C Fujifilm X body it frames like about 27mm on full frame. That's a little tighter than the 16-20mm equivalent I'd suggest for vlogging at arm's length, so you'll sit a bit further back or use it for shots that don't need a wide view. It isn't stabilised, so you'll want a steady grip or a stabilised body. It fits a long list of X bodies, including the Fujifilm X-T5, X-T50 and X-S20. Whatever lens you pick, budget for sound too.
