You asked
Is the fujifilm x100vi worth it?
The X100VI is a strong pick if you want one camera that does everything well. It has a 40.2-megapixel APS-C sensor and a built-in 23mm f/2 lens, which frames like 34mm on full frame. The hybrid viewfinder and the dials for everything make it a joy to shoot with.
It's especially good for street and travel, where a small body you'll actually carry matters more than full-frame performance. I'd only look elsewhere if you need serious low light or very shallow depth of field, as the sensor sizes guide explains. For street work it's one of the picks on my street page. You can check the full specs on the Fujifilm X100VI page.
