Is the fujifilm x half good for vlogging?
Not really, in my view. The X half has a fixed 11mm lens, which frames like 29mm on full frame. For vlogging at arm's length, that's too tight. My vlogging checklist suggests around 16-20mm equivalent, because stabilisation crops in further and a 24mm view already feels cramped. This camera also has no stabilisation, so handheld walking shots will look shakier.
It's a lovely little compact for stills, with its film-style look and optical viewfinder, and I'd happily carry one for street photos. For talking-head vlogs, though, I'd look for a camera with a flip-out screen, a microphone input and a wider lens. The Video guide covers what to prioritise, and the Fujifilm X half page has the full specs.
