Is the fujifilm x h2s good in low light?

The site doesn't rate the X-H2S's low-light performance directly. What I can tell you is that it has a 26.1-megapixel APS-C sensor with in-body stabilisation, and my sensor sizes guide says full frame is the stronger choice for low light. If you shoot in dim rooms or events a lot, that's the honest caveat.

For the X-H2S, the lens matters more than the body in the dark. A fast prime lets in far more light than a kit zoom. The Fujifilm XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR and the Fujifilm XF 23mm f/1.4 R LM WR are two good picks. For a more flexible option, the Fujifilm XF 16-55mm f/2.8 R LM WR keeps a constant f/2.8 across its zoom range.
