You asked
Is the fujifilm x e3 good in low light?
The site doesn't have a low-light test for the Fujifilm X-E3, so I can't give you a rating. What I can tell you is that it's a 24.3-megapixel APS-C camera with no stabilisation in the body, so low light is mostly about the lens you put on it.
For dim scenes, I'd look at fast primes. The lenses guide explains why: a fast prime gathers far more light than a kit zoom. Good options from the X-E3 list include the Fujifilm XF 23mm f/1.4 R, the Fujifilm XF 35mm f/1.4 R, and the Fujifilm XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR. If you want a zoom, the Fujifilm XF 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR has stabilisation and a bright constant aperture.
For how much low light really matters, see the sensor guide.
