Is the fujifilm gf 500mm f 5 6 r lm ois wr good for video?

I haven't tested this lens for video, and the site doesn't have a video review of it. What I can say from its page is that it's stabilised and has autofocus, and it's a 500mm (about 400mm equivalent on Medium format), so it's a long telephoto. My video guide is mostly about vlogging: a wide lens, a flip-out screen, good audio, and light weight. A 500mm is the opposite of that, so it suits distant subjects better than handheld talking-head or vlog work.

If you want to shoot video with it, budget for a separate microphone and a sturdy support, since audio and handheld shake are the usual problems. You can see which bodies it fits on the lens page.
