Is the fujifilm gf 30mm f 3 5 r wr good for video?
Not really the lens I'd pick for video. It's a compact wide prime with autofocus, but it isn't stabilised, and on the GFX bodies it frames like about 24mm full frame. My video guide suggests 16-20mm equivalent for arm's-length shooting, so 24mm is a bit tight for handheld talking-head work.
It can still work for run-and-gun or b-roll on a GFX body, especially if the camera's own stabilisation covers the lack of lens stabilisation. The site doesn't cover this lens's video autofocus or stabilisation in detail, so check those yourself. Whatever lens you use, plan for sound: the audio section is worth reading before you buy anything.
For the lens itself, see the Fujifilm GF 30mm f/3.5 R WR page.
