Is the canon rf 400mm f 2 8l is usm weather sealed?

The catalogue page for the Canon RF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM doesn't say whether it's weather sealed, so I won't guess. What it does list is a 400mm f/2.8 prime for full frame, Canon RF mount, image stabilisation and autofocus. For the exact sealing rating, check Canon's own specification sheet before you head out.

Sealing matters if you shoot in weather. My Landscape guide explains why a sealed body and lens earn their keep in wind, spray and drizzle, and it's worth reading even if you're after wildlife. If you're shooting birds or sport in the rain, the Wildlife and sport page has my picks for reach at different budgets.
