Is the canon ef s 18 200mm f 3 5 5 6 is good for vlogging?

Not really, at least not as your main vlogging lens. Its wide end is 18mm on APS-C, which is roughly 29mm full frame. My vlogging rule is around 16-20mm full-frame equivalent at arm's length, because a 29mm view crops you in tight and the stabilisation crops in further. You'd be holding the camera farther away or getting cramped shots.

It does have image stabilisation, which helps handheld walking shots, and it fits most Canon APS-C bodies. For vlogging, though, I'd look for a wider zoom or a fixed wide lens on a body with a front-facing screen and a microphone input. The Video page lists what matters. If you're shooting on a Canon APS-C body anyway, this lens is fine for B-roll and tripod work, just not for the selfie-style shots.
