Is full frame worth it?

Full frame is worth it for some people. It earns its keep in low light, at events, and in portraits where you want very shallow depth of field. If you mostly shoot travel, street, budget wildlife, or everyday hobby photos, a good APS-C camera with good lenses is enough, and you'll actually carry it more.
