You asked
Fujifilm xf 33mm f 1 4 r lm wr vs meike 33mm f 1 4 stm?
Both are 33mm f/1.4 primes for APS-C cameras, so they frame the same, like a 50mm on full frame, and give the same depth of field at f/1.4. Neither has stabilisation, and both autofocus.
The difference is mounts. The Fujifilm XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR is made for Fujifilm X bodies. If you shoot Fujifilm, I'd buy this one and stop there. The Meike 33mm f/1.4 STM also fits Sony E and Nikon Z. On a full-frame Sony or Nikon it works in APS-C crop mode, so you lose some megapixels. If you're on either of those systems, it's the one that fits your camera.
For how that f/1.4 behaves on faces, see aperture and background blur.
