You asked
Fujifilm xf 16 80mm f 4 r ois wr vs fujifilm xf 16 55mm f 2 8 r lm wr?
The 16-80mm f/4 is the one I'd pick for most people. It has optical stabilisation, which the 16-55mm f/2.8 doesn't, and it covers a wider range, roughly 24-120mm in full-frame terms. It's also the sensible travel zoom, as I say on the Travel page.
The 16-55mm f/2.8 earns its place if you shoot people or low light. Its wider maximum aperture gives more background blur and a brighter viewfinder. It's larger and heavier, though, and the II version is the one to compare it against.
For landscapes, the f/4 zoom is plenty, since you'll mostly shoot at f/8 to f/11 anyway. See Landscape. Both lenses fit the same Fujifilm X bodies.
