You asked

Fujifilm x t2 vs fujifilm x a3?

On paper these two are close to twins. Both are mirrorless APS-C cameras from 2016 with about 24 megapixels, and neither has in-body stabilisation, so you'll want stabilised lenses for slow shutter speeds. Both use the Fujifilm X mount, so every lens on the Fujifilm X-A3 page also fits the Fujifilm X-T2, and the lens lists are almost identical.

My site doesn't list price, viewfinder, handling or build for either body, so I can't call a winner on those. Start with the lens list that matches what you shoot, and check the rest of each page before you buy. If you're not sure how a lens will frame on either camera, the focal length converter will help.
