You asked
Fujifilm x e2s vs leica tl?
Both of these are 16-megapixel APS-C mirrorless cameras announced in 2016, with the same 1.5x crop factor and no in-body stabilisation. So the sensor won't decide it. The real difference is the mount, and that decides which lenses you can buy. The Fujifilm X-E2S has by far the bigger lens range on this site, so I'd pick it if you want room to grow. The Leica TL is the one to choose if you want Leica's lens line and don't mind a smaller pool of options.
If you go Leica, these are my picks:
- Leica Vario-Elmar-TL 18-56mm f/3.5-5.6 ASPH as an everyday kit lens
- Leica Summicron-TL 23mm f/2 ASPH for a small, sharp normal-ish prime
- Leica Summilux-TL 35mm f/1.4 ASPH when you want a fast portrait or street lens
