You asked
Fujifilm x e1 vs sony nex 7?
Both of these are APS-C mirrorless cameras with the same 1.5x crop factor, so a lens frames the same way on either. The Sony NEX-7 is the older body, announced in 2011, with 24.3 megapixels, a built-in viewfinder and three control dials. The Fujifilm X-E1 came a year later with 16.3 megapixels. Neither has stabilisation in the body, so look for stabilised lenses if you shoot slowly.
For an everyday kit on either body, I'd start with the Tamron 17-70mm f/2.8 Di III-A VC RXD, which fits both. If you want something smaller, the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary is also on both lists. For wide landscapes, add the Sigma 10-18mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary. On the NEX-7, the Sony E 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS is a cheap stabilised kit zoom. If you're not sure how the crop factor changes things, see the sensor sizes page.
