You asked
Fujifilm x a3 vs fujifilm x t2?
On paper, these two are close. Both use the same 23.5 x 15.6mm APS-C sensor, take the same Fujifilm X lenses, were announced in 2016, and have no stabilisation in the body. The X-A3 is 24.2 megapixels and the X-T2 is 24.3, which is hardly a difference. My pages don't cover handling, viewfinder, build or price, so check those elsewhere before you buy.
Since the lens choice is the same either way, I'd start with a stabilised zoom like the Fujifilm XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS for everyday shooting. For a fast prime, the Fujifilm XF 23mm f/2 R WR is a small, sensible choice. If you want reach, the Fujifilm XF 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR is a strong option. For the bodies themselves, see the X-A3 and the X-T2.
