You asked

Canon eos r5 vs canon eos r6?

The EOS R5 has 45 megapixels to the R6's 20.1, and both are full frame with stabilisation in the body. Choose the R5 if you crop heavily, print large, or want lots of detail to work with. Choose the Canon EOS R6 if you shoot a lot in low light and want smaller files. Its page says 20MP is enough for most work, and I agree.

Both bodies take the same RF lenses, so the lens often matters more than the body. For an everyday kit, I'd start with the Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM, add the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM for distance, and keep the Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM for cheap, light low-light shooting.

Newer bodies exist too: the Canon EOS R5 Mark II and the Canon EOS R6 Mark III.
