Can I use adapted lenses on the leica m11?

Yes, but the M11 doesn't need an adapter for M-mount lenses. It takes Leica M lenses natively, and that's the whole catalogue for this camera. Third-party M lenses fit too, including Voigtländer, Zeiss ZM, 7Artisans and TTArtisan, and they're listed on the Leica M11 page.

The site doesn't cover adapting lenses from other mounts to the M11. The adapting note on that page is about the reverse: M lenses on other mirrorless bodies.

For an everyday kit, I'd start with the Leica APO-Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH and the Leica Summicron-M 50mm f/2. If you want something wider on a budget, look at the TTArtisan 21mm f/1.5 ASPH.
