You asked
Can I use adapted lenses on the leica m monochrom typ 246?
You don't need an adapter for this one. The Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) uses the Leica M mount, so every M lens fits it directly and works as a manual-focus lens. Only lenses from other mounts would need an adapter, and I don't cover that for this camera.
The full-frame sensor means lenses frame as marked. If you want a starting point, these M lenses on the Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) page cover the classic 35mm field of view:
- Leica Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH, a compact, sharp everyday choice
- Voigtländer Nokton 35mm f/1.2 Aspherical IV, if you want fast light
- 7Artisans M 35mm f/2.8, if you want to keep the cost down
