You asked
Can I use adapted lenses on the canon eos r6?
Yes, you can use a lot of non-Canon glass on the R6. The Canon EOS R6 page lists plenty of third-party lenses that fit it, from Zeiss, Voigtländer, Laowa, 7Artisans, TTArtisan and others. Some of these are made for the Canon RF mount and some are not, and I don't go into adapter details on this page, so check each lens's own page before you buy.
If you want something to start with, I'd look at:
- Zeiss Otus ML 50mm f/1.4 for sharp, classic-feeling standard shots
- Voigtländer Nokton 40mm f/1.2 Aspherical for fast, low-light work
- Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2X Ultra Macro APO if close-up detail is what you're after
Lenses made for APS-C will also work on the R6, but the camera crops their image, so the view is tighter and the resolution is lower.
