Can I use adapted lenses on the canon eos 760d?

The Canon EOS 760D takes Canon EF and EF-S lenses directly, and that's where I'd start. Every lens on its lens list is built for that mount, so you don't need an adapter for any of them. If you want a single do-everything lens, the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II USM is a solid pick, and for reach the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM is a sensible one.

I don't have guidance on using lenses from other mounts through an adapter, so I can't tell you how well that works on this body. Check the Canon EF mount page for what's covered, and if you're thinking about a lens I haven't listed, tell me what you want to shoot and I'll point you to the closest match.
