Can I adapt the ttartisan m 28mm f 5 6 to sony e?

I can't confirm that from this site. The TTArtisan M 28mm f/5.6 is a Leica M mount lens, and the only cameras I list for it are Leica M bodies, from the M9 through the M11. Sony E isn't among them, so I won't tell you it works.

The Lenses page does say that mirrorless mounts are shallow enough that old manual-focus lenses adapt easily and cheaply. That's a general point, though, and it doesn't settle this particular combination. Before you buy an adapter, check that its specs actually cover Leica M lenses on E-mount bodies.
