Can I adapt the tamron sp af 90mm f 2 8 di macro 1 1 to nikon z?

I haven't tested this one, and the site doesn't list a Nikon Z mount for the Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro 1:1. Its mounts here are Canon EF, Nikon F and Pentax K, and no Nikon Z body is listed as a fit.

Mirrorless bodies generally take adapters well, since their flange distance is short. My adapters notes mostly talk about manual-focus film lenses, though. This Tamron is autofocus, and I can't tell you from this site whether autofocus, aperture control and the macro focusing would all work through a particular adapter on a Z body. Check that adapter's own specs before you buy.
