Can I adapt the tamron 18 200mm f 3 5 6 3 di ii vc to canon rf?

I can't confirm that this one works on Canon RF. The site lists the Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC for Canon EF and Nikon F only, so I haven't tested or written up an RF route for it.

Also, my adapters notes are about old manual-focus film lenses. This is an autofocus APS-C zoom, so I wouldn't assume it will adapt cleanly, even if an adapter exists. If you have an RF body, check the gear catalogue for lenses listed for your mount, and look at the Tamron page to confirm the Canon EF version fits your camera's crop mode before you buy anything.
