Can I adapt the pentax smc d fa macro 50mm f 2 8 to sony e?

I don't have anything on this site about using the Pentax smc D FA Macro 50mm f/2.8 on Sony E. Its page lists only the Pentax K mount, so I can't tell you whether an adapter exists for it or how well it would work.

Our adapters section explains that shallow mirrorless flanges make adapting easy, but it's written about old manual-focus lenses from film cameras. This one is an autofocus lens, so on an adapter you'd probably be focusing by hand, and you'd want to check that the adapter gives you the aperture and focus behaviour you expect before you buy.
