Can I adapt the nikon af s vr micro 105mm f 2 8g if ed to nikon z?

I haven't got anything on this exact combination. The Nikon AF-S VR Micro 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED page lists only the Nikon F mount, and every camera it fits is a DSLR. I don't want to guess at whether an adapter works or how it would behave, so I won't tell you it does.
