Can I adapt the laowa 15mm f 4 wide angle macro to nikon z?

The 15mm f/4 Wide Angle Macro is listed for Sony E, Canon EF, Nikon F and Pentax K mounts, not Nikon Z. I don't have anything on adapters, so I can't tell you whether an adapter would work or how it would behave.

If you want a Laowa 15mm macro that fits Nikon Z directly, look at the Laowa 15mm f/4.5 0.5X Wide Angle Macro. It's also a full-frame, manual-focus 15mm macro, and its page lists Nikon Z as a native mount. The trade-off is a slightly slower maximum aperture, f/4.5 instead of f/4.

For the f/4 version, check the Laowa 15mm f/4 Wide Angle Macro page for the mounts it does support.
