Can I adapt the canon ef 100mm f 2 8l macro is usm to sony e?

I don't have anything on this site that says the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM works on Sony E. Its page only lists Canon EF-mount bodies, so I can't confirm a Sony fit.
