Best wide angle lens for the olympus om d e m1?
For a wide angle on the E-M1, I'd start with the Olympus M.Zuiko 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO. It covers 14-28mm full-frame equivalent at a constant f/2.8, so the exposure stays put as you zoom. It's the one I'd pick for landscapes, architecture and interiors.
If you'd rather carry less, the Olympus M.Zuiko 12mm f/2 gives you a 24mm equivalent view in a small prime.
For dim rooms and night shots, the Panasonic Leica DG 9mm f/1.7 is an 18mm equivalent with a much wider aperture.
Not sure what those numbers mean on full frame? The focal length converter does the maths for any lens on this body.
