Best wide angle lens for the canon eos r6?
For a wide angle on the R6, I'd start with the Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM. It stays at f/2.8 across the whole zoom range, so your exposure doesn't change as you zoom, and it's stabilised. It's my pick for most people.
If you shoot in very dim light, the Canon RF 14mm f/1.4L VCM gathers far more light. It's a serious prime for interiors and night scenes, but you'll give up the zoom.
If you want something small and simple, the Canon RF 16mm f/2.8 STM is a light, straightforward wide angle. For why the f-number matters so much in dim light, read the lens guide.
