Best wide angle lens for the canon eos r5?

For the EOS R5, my pick is the Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM. It covers real wide-angle work for landscapes, interiors and architecture, and its constant f/2.8 keeps exposure steady across the zoom. If you want a lighter kit, the Canon RF 16mm f/2.8 STM is a small prime that's easy to carry all day.

For dim scenes, the Canon RF 14mm f/1.4L VCM lets in far more light, though it's a specialist choice. The Canon RF 14-35mm f/4L IS USM reaches a little wider than the 15mm end of the others, but it's slower. If you're unsure how much the aperture matters, the lens guide's aperture section explains it.
