You asked
7artisans af 85mm f 1 8 vs meike 85mm f 1 8 pro?
These two are very close. Both are 85mm f/1.8 autofocus primes for full-frame cameras, neither is stabilised, and both frame and blur the same way. On APS-C they behave like 128mm with the depth of field of about f/2.7, as the 7Artisans AF 85mm f/1.8 and Meike 85mm f/1.8 Pro pages both show.
The real difference is mounts. The Meike Pro also comes in Fujifilm X, while the 7Artisans covers Sony E, Nikon Z and L-Mount. If you shoot Fujifilm, the Meike is your only choice of the two. Otherwise, pick on price and availability, which I can't compare here.
For portrait work, an 85mm is the classic choice; see portraits for why.
