You asked
7artisans af 50mm f 1 8 vs meike 50mm f 1 8 stm?
On paper, these two are twins. Both are 50mm f/1.8 primes for full-frame cameras, both have autofocus, neither has stabilisation, and both mount on Sony E, Nikon Z and L-Mount. They fit the same long list of cameras, and on APS-C they both frame like 75mm with the depth of field of about f/2.7.
The site doesn't cover build quality, sharpness or price for either one, so I can't tell you one is better. Check the 7Artisans AF 50mm f/1.8 and the Meike 50mm f/1.8 STM pages for your camera's mount, then buy whichever is cheaper where you shop. For people and everyday shooting, a 50mm f/1.8 is still the lens I'd tell anyone to start with. The portraits guide explains why.
